Return Policy

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the returned items are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. We cannot accept returns after 7 days from the delivery date.

    The following items are non-returnable:

    • Sale or promotional items marked as non-returnable
    • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  3. Return Process

    • Provide your order number, item details, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if the item is defective or damaged).
    • Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
  4. Return Shipping Fees
    If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Processing
    Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  2. Refund Amount

    • If the return is approved, the refund will be the price of the item(s) purchased, excluding the original shipping cost.
    • If the item is defective or damaged, we will refund both the cost of the item and the original shipping fees.
  3. Partial Refunds
    In cases where the item is returned in a damaged or used condition, a partial refund may be issued based on the item's condition.

Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
